The Aquarian H2 hydrophone included in this basic package picks up sounds in a broad acoustical range, and incorporates waterproofing methods that have proven effective in the most extreme conditions. There is a weight included in the microphone head that provides the ability to position the microphone precisely when searching the wall or floor of the pool.

This stand alone package includes the Aquarian H2 hydrophone, a simple off-the-shelf amplifier, full ear headphones, and a padded carrying case that will get you started with detecting leaks from inside the pool or spa. The microphone can be adapted for use with the versatile and feature rich XLT17 or XLT30H amplifiers, enabling the full range of frequency filtration, signal strength indication, and ease of control that these units provide.
