Keep in mind that your local swimming pool products wholesale distributor may have Leakmaster repair products and common test plugs in stock. Check with them for these items to avoid shipping delays. Payment Information
All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Online orders are payable with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Pre-payment or C.O.D. with company check can also be arranged with prior phone approval.
Shipping/Delivery
Shipping costs indicated at time of check-out are estimates only. Actual shipping costs will be based upon charges from selected carrier at the time of shipment. Most orders are shipped within one day of receipt. Please contact us directly if delivery is required for a specific day. If your order is shipped by UPS and you have provided us with a valid e-mail address you should receive an e-mail with tracking information when the shipment leaves our dock.
All items purchased from this site are pursuant to a shipment contract from the carrier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International Orders
We can ship all of our equipment and products internationally. Once you place an order on our website we will email you within the next 1 - 2 days with shipping quotes. It is your responsibility to approve the quote or select an option once you receive this email. Once we receive your approval or selection we will typically ship the order within 24 hours.
We do not charge your credit card until the order is shipped, so if you're unhappy with the cost of shipping you can cancel your order with no penalty.
Warranty
Products manufactured by Anderson Manufacturing Company are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion. Contact us directly for warranty return authorization. Repair or replacement of items returned to us at your expense is the limit to our liability for any defective items.
Some products available on this site are manufactured by other vendors and are covered by the warranties issued by these companies. Although we have selected vendors who we feel support there products well, and we will make reasonable effort to assist you in receiving satisfactory treatment through their warranties, we provide no additional guarantee of fitness or quality beyond what is covered by these vendors. To clarify the terms of these products please contact us directly.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important. We will accept returns for exchange, credit, or refund under the following conditions:
- Returned items are in re-sellable condition.
- Items are returned within 30 days of purchase.
- You have received approval from Anderson Manufacturing Company.
While we generally issue a full refund for returned items we do reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or markdown for non-recoverable expenses associated with the transaction.
Refunds will be issued using the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

You will receive a 10% discount when you purchase over $250 worth of items in these categories:

The discount will only apply to the items in the categories above, you will pay regular prices for any additional items you purchase at the same time.
Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your only remedy is to return it in re-sellable condition.
Out of Stock/Backordered Items
Orders placed for out of stock items (as noted in product description) will be held on backorder until the items are available for shipment. Once the items are available, the payment information used for the original order will be charged. Orders that include both in stock and out of stock items will be split and additional shipping charges may apply. Prices for backordered items are not guaranteed. If there is a price change we will notify you before charging/shipping your order.
